Job Summary

Leading a full-stack product pod, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee a team focused on delivering impactful client experiences and driving growth through rapid experimentation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of engineers, ensuring accountability for their growth and performance
• Shape the team's roadmap and culture while being actively involved in technical work and decision-making
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to drive product outcomes and implement data-driven strategies

Required qualifications

• At least one year of experience managing a team of three or more engineers
• Proven ability to grow engineers at various career stages and conduct performance conversations
• Experience in a high-performing product organization with a strong focus on product outcomes
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations with limited resources
• Hands-on experience with coding and using AI coding tools in recent work
