Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading motivated teams
- Proven track record in delivering industry-leading user experiences in high-stakes environments
- Experience with customer support experience software in a marketplace product organization is preferred
- Familiarity with AI agent optimization and custom tools for enhancing support efficiency
