Job Summary
Leading the Mortgage Verifications Team, the full-time Engineering Manager will drive technical vision, collaborate with product managers to enhance customer experiences, and optimize engineering processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the technical vision for the team, motivating and inspiring members for future initiatives
- Partner closely with product management to build and enhance features
- Optimize engineering processes to improve velocity and quality while reducing technical debt
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as an engineering manager
- 8+ years of experience as an engineer
- Strong understanding of service architecture and system design
- Experience managing quality incidents in a technical and communication capacity
- Familiarity with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies
