Job Summary

Leading the development of high-scale systems, the full-time Engineering Manager will own the end-to-end data lifecycle, ensuring software quality and performance while balancing people leadership and technical execution in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full software lifecycle from design to post-release stability, ensuring quality gating and rigorous testing processes
• Lead the modernization of ingestion and cataloging systems, integrating AI-driven automation to enhance workflow efficiency
• Manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and quality-first engineering practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-performing teams delivering production-grade, distributed software at scale
• Deep domain expertise in big data architectures, particularly in high-throughput data ingestion or media metadata systems
• Track record of upgrading legacy systems and refactoring technical debt into scalable, modern architectures
• Experience embedding AI/ML models into production workflows for content cataloging and data tagging
• Demonstrated accountability for the end-to-end software lifecycle, including defining and enforcing quality standards
