Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven digital services company, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will oversee multiple Agile teams, ensuring delivery of scalable and secure systems while managing performance, stakeholder relationships, and engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop engineering teams, setting expectations and driving performance management
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of system design, development, testing, and operations, focusing on quality and delivery predictability
• Drive program execution across teams, managing dependencies and risks while maintaining compliance with security standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple Agile teams in a complex delivery environment
• Proven track record of full performance management cycle, including reviews and coaching plans
• Experience with AWS and cloud platforms, including evaluating architectures
• Deep understanding of CI/CD and DevSecOps practices with a history of driving their adoption
• Experience delivering data-intensive systems and pipelines at scale, with measurable improvements in delivery performance
