Job Summary

To drive SDLC excellence and team empowerment, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee operational throughput in a hybrid environment, focusing on building a self-organizing ecosystem and translating business strategy into actionable engineering priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and safeguard a modern Software Development Lifecycle to ensure efficient and transparent software building processes
• Lead the team to proactively identify areas for improvement and execute action items to enhance collective maturity
• Translate the needs of the Product team and executive leadership into actionable engineering priorities while balancing technical debt and feature work

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing engineering teams and processes, with a focus on SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and the ability to optimize team dynamics and processes
• Experience in translating business needs into technical priorities and managing cross-functional relationships
• Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement within engineering teams
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools in engineering workflows for enhanced productivity and reporting
