Job Summary

Leading a team of specialists, the full-time Engineering Manager will provide strategic direction for data enablement, overseeing solution design, software development, and cross-team collaboration in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical solution design and architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Lead software development efforts, including code reviews and the implementation of best practices
• Foster collaboration across teams and departments, promoting a positive work environment and addressing cross-team challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a relevant IT discipline
• 3+ years of leadership experience in IT, with a focus on customer relationship management or portfolio strategy
• Proven ability to manage high-performance teams and execute multiple large projects
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
