Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Agentic AI engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will develop platform capabilities, oversee technical direction, and ensure quality and adoption of AI-powered workflows in a flexible remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the engineering team through goal setting, feedback, and performance management
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of the Agentic AI platform
- Establish strong engineering practices for reliability, security, and performance across the platform
Required qualifications
- Strong production software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing engineering teams
- Experience building platforms, APIs, or shared services used by multiple teams
- Experience designing or building production AI systems using large language models
- Undergraduate, Master's degree, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines
