Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager in Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of development and test engineers to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope
• Manage multiple deliverables for a product line, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Provide leadership, coaching, and career planning for engineering talent, while driving the adoption of SDLC processes and code quality

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading software engineers for product development
• 10+ years of combined experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, and/or DevOps
• Experience with scaled software architecture, source code management, and production SQL schema design
• Proficiency in API design, development, and production operation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and influence decisions
