Engineering Manager - Ads

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering - Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to develop advertising solutions that enhance monetization of the app
• Collaborate with Product and Design to explore and implement effective Ads solutions
• Coach and develop team members while managing project delivery and technical debt

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading engineering teams in collaboration with Product and Design
• Experience with programmatic advertising technology and adtech platforms
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in A/B testing and data attribution
• Experience working in data-intensive environments and with AI/ML teams
• Familiarity with Agile principles and experience in developing mobile applications
