Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (Ads & Monetization) for their remote engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coach the Ads & Monetization engineering group
Provide technical leadership for the advertising tech stack
Manage and guide engineers, implement product development lifecycle, and drive quality practices

Qualifications:

Experience leading engineering teams and executing in an analytics rich environment
Deep advertising technology experience, preferably in mobile
Experience working with cross-functional teams and familiarity with relevant tech stacks
Experience with software focused on B2C is a plus
