A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Aggregates Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and reliability of aggregation systems for batch and real-time processing
• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and ensure system stability and maintainability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in an engineering management role
• Strong experience designing and operating distributed, data-intensive systems
• Hands-on familiarity with batch processing and/or real-time streaming systems
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and make architectural tradeoffs
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
