Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technical vision for agentic systems in collaboration with leadership
• Ensure successful delivery and productionization of AI products for enterprise customers
• Define, plan, and deliver an agentic onboarding process in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Experience at a growth-stage startup
• Experience building products for enterprise customers
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams
• Low ego with a focus on building and making trade-offs
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and probabilistic systems is a plus
