Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI, LLM features, and agentic workflows
• Lead end-to-end development of in-product features and backend support
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure integration of features into production systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in engineering management
• 3+ years of experience in AI/LLM development and agentic AI
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps best practices
