Engineering Manager - AI

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager - AI will oversee the development of intelligent origination products, focusing on AI-driven solutions for loan processing, while working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide architectural decisions to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with company goals
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation
• Collaborate with product managers and design teams to ensure technical execution aligns with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Deep Python expertise (3.11+) and experience with async/await, asyncio, and Pydantic v2
• Hands-on experience building production agentic systems and familiarity with agent development kits
• Experience with cloud and container operations, particularly AWS and Kubernetes
