Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of AI and software engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, AI will oversee the execution of the AI Platform roadmap, ensuring quality and continuous improvement of AI experiences across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence
• Own the delivery of the AI Platform roadmap, balancing immediate product impact with long-term investments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enhance AI quality measurement and evaluation processes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading and growing high-performing software engineering teams
• Strong technical background in AI infrastructure and AI-powered products, particularly with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience in building enterprise SaaS AI products focused on quality, trust, and scalability
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a focus on clarity and alignment in fast-paced environments
