Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the remote Engineering Manager, AI Applications will drive the development and delivery of customer-ready AI solutions while fostering a high-performing engineering culture and collaborating closely with Product and Platform Engineering.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers building AI solutions
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of production-ready agentic AI applications
- Partner closely with Product and Platform Engineering to prioritize work that delivers measurable customer value
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including experience leading engineering teams
- 2+ years of experience managing engineers building customer-facing software products
- Strong understanding of modern AI application development, including LLMs and enterprise integrations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity and rapidly deliver production-quality software
