Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Lead end-to-end model development and mentor junior engineers in AI/ML best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems and ensure ethical compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML and proven track record of launching AI products
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and large-scale model deployment
