Engineering Manager, AI Development
Job Summary
Leading a team of software engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager, AI Development will provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance in building AI-enabled products and platform capabilities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of senior software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development workflows to enhance engineering productivity and software quality
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in building production systems
- Previous experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers
- Hands-on experience with AI capabilities, including LLMs and AI-powered workflows
- Strong expertise in modern web application development using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native applications
