Engineering Manager AI-Native

Job Summary

Leading a team of 4-8 full-stack engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager AI-Native will design and operate Claude agent teams, manage engineering initiatives, and write production code while ensuring high-quality outputs and leveraging AI to enhance team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and setting clear expectations
• Design and operate Claude agent pipelines to parallelize engineering work and improve delivery efficiency
• Own delivery end to end, managing sprint planning, resolving blockers, and coordinating cross-functional dependencies

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a lead or management role
• Hands-on experience with Node.js/TypeScript backends and Next.js/React frontends
• Demonstrated experience building and orchestrating multi-agent pipelines using the Claude Agent SDK
• Proven experience designing and building A/B testing platforms for high-traffic consumer funnels
• Fluent written and spoken English for effective communication in a remote environment
