Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building enterprise software and 2+ years in a management role
• Experience with production generative AI applications and open source foundation models
• Strong understanding of engineering best practices and distributed systems
• Experience with containerization frameworks like Kubernetes and Docker
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and craftsmanship
