Engineering Manager, AI Platform

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on the AI health experience, the full-time Engineering Manager, AI Platform will manage mobile frontend execution and strengthen the underlying AI platform while ensuring production reliability and team health in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own roadmap sequencing, delivery predictability, and capacity planning across the Native App and AI Platform
• Drive predictable React Native releases across iOS and Android with a strong focus on frontend quality and customer experience
• Lead and develop a distributed team of engineers through coaching, hiring, and performance management

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering management experience with high complexity systems
• Experience leading native mobile engineering teams, ideally with React Native across iOS and Android
• Strong foundation in TypeScript or a similar production environment
• Proven record of improving execution predictability and delivery discipline in engineering teams
• Experience managing and supporting distributed teams in fully remote environments
