Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional AI product engineering team, managing strategy and execution across multiple AI experiences
• Drive technical direction and product evolution for the AI stack and user-facing AI products
• Oversee infrastructure, on-call rotations, and operational processes while contributing to hands-on engineering tasks

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of Engineering Management experience
• Recent hands-on engineering experience in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Go
• Background in B2B SaaS product development
• Demonstrated interest in AI/ML and experience working directly with AI products
• Ability to articulate informed opinions about current AI trends
