Job Summary

Leading a high-impact team, the full-time Engineering Manager, AI Systems will manage the development of AI-driven solutions, coach engineers, and contribute to coding in Python and TypeScript while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on client intelligence and AI innovation
• Design and build AI agents and workflows that automate complex processes and enhance productivity
• Own the technical direction for client intelligence systems and ensure high standards for development and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling production software systems
• 2+ years of experience managing and leading engineering teams
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and backend development
• Hands-on experience building production AI systems, agents, or automation workflows
• Solid understanding of data platforms and cloud-native systems
