Engineering Manager - Automation
Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives, the full-time Engineering Manager - Automation will manage a team of developers and architects, providing technical guidance while designing scalable RPA and AI-enabled solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of intelligent automation initiatives using Automation Anywhere or UiPath
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and conduct code reviews for the development team
- Establish automation governance and enhance Center of Excellence practices across the enterprise
Required qualifications
- Hands-on technical management experience with enterprise automation teams and large-scale RPA initiatives
- Expertise in Automation Anywhere or UiPath, including architecture and bot development
- Relevant certification such as Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional or UiPath Advanced Developer
- Experience with AI technologies, including document processing and intelligent automation workflows
- Strong background in APIs, enterprise integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies
