Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from feature shipping to system shipping, ensuring scalability for global traffic
• Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate AI into mobile UX while maintaining performance
• Own the experimentation infrastructure to run multiple experiments simultaneously across regions

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Flutter/Dart and experience with performance optimization
• Proficient in Python at scale, including asynchronous programming and connection pooling
• Experience in managing teams in a high-growth B2C environment
• 6-10+ years of software engineering experience, with 2-4+ years in a management role
• Proven track record of delivering complex products in production
