Engineering Manager, Big Data

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic Big Data Engineering team in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Engineering Manager will own product lines, drive business value, and foster a culture of excellence while collaborating with product managers and coaching engineers.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the mission, execution, morale, and code quality of the engineering team
• Partner with product managers to maintain and execute the product roadmap
• Remove roadblocks and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in software development or data engineering, specifically with ETL pipelines
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineering leader
• Experience designing and supporting production-grade data pipelines
