Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of CAD/3D engineers
• Own day-to-day execution of core CAD initiatives with clear priorities and predictable delivery
• Drive system architecture and application design for the 3D implant design application

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing software teams to achieve product outcomes
• Strong engineering fundamentals and experience with user-facing applications
• Knowledge of object-oriented design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with cross-platform code including web, server, and desktop applications
