Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse team of Infrastructure engineers to ensure optimal performance and scalability of production services
• Implement new processes and technologies to support team growth and company objectives
• Facilitate individual development within the team and drive accountability for results

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams
• 2+ years of experience managing and scaling infrastructure or product engineering teams
• 3+ years of experience as an Infrastructure, Site Reliability, or Software Engineer with distributed systems experience
• Familiarity with core technologies such as AWS, Pulumi, Cloudflare, Linux, Node, MongoDB, and Nginx
• Experience managing agile teams in adherence to software delivery cycles
