Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (Onshore) to lead cross-functional product engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for web applications built with Angular or React and Java/Spring Boot microservices
• Guide solution architecture and ensure robust CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for technical work transitioning from onshore to offshore teams

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in software engineering, with 3-5+ years in technical leadership or engineering management
• Hands-on experience with Angular/React, Java/Spring Boot, and Google Cloud Platform
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices
• Experience running Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams with Jira/Confluence
• Ability to create technical artifacts and manage effective handoffs across time zones
