Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Sports Core.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of software development teams, providing mentorship and performance management
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to build roadmaps and ensure team execution
• Establish success metrics and monitor team and system performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership or management role with at least 8 years in software development
• Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers, including hiring and performance management
• Strong program and delivery management skills with the ability to manage scope tradeoffs
• Platform mindset focused on building reliable and scalable services for high-traffic experiences
• Passion for clean architecture, software craftsmanship, and automated testing
