Engineering Manager - Cloud

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, deployment, and operations of cloud orchestration services
• Hire and grow a talented team of senior and staff level software engineers
• Lead projects from concept through production release, support, and maintenance

Required Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least two years of engineering management experience or experience in a Tech Lead role with a strong desire to grow into a management position
• At least seven years of software engineering or individual contributor experience, including at least two years of experience in Python
• Demonstrated experience managing teams in a high-growth startup environment
• Deep understanding of software and hardware concepts, including Linux kernel internals, systems programming, networking, storage, database systems, security
