Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Cloud Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive systems related to Security and Cloud Infrastructure
• Create and execute a vision to build world-class systems that empower the engineering organization
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Cloud Infrastructure and Security engineers while implementing best practices

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven people management experience leading engineering teams
• Experience managing teams focused on Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform engineering
• Demonstrated experience implementing and fostering agile practices within engineering teams
• Proven ability to plan and implement CI/CD strategies with a focus on developer experience
• Experience working at a startup (ideally 2+ years at an early stage)
