Engineering Manager, Cloud Operations

Job Summary

Leading a team of software and production engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager, Cloud Operations will oversee the development and operation of DGX Cloud infrastructure, focusing on Kubernetes-based operations, automation, and reliability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in building and operating DGX Cloud infrastructure across various environments
• Drive execution in cluster operations, automation, and incident response while defining team priorities and roadmaps
• Coach engineers and foster a culture of ownership and learning through incident reviews and on-call practices

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Experience in building or operating production infrastructure, cloud platforms, or Kubernetes environments
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering, automation, and operational excellence
• Ability to influence across teams without direct authority
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
