Engineering Manager, CMMC Compliance

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Engineering Manager, CMMC Compliance will lead a team of cloud security consultants, guiding clients through their CMMC Level 2 certification journey while managing resource allocation and developing customized remediation roadmaps in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support proposal development as a technical SME and prepare organizations for C3PAO assessments
• Design and implement cloud security solutions tailored to client needs across Microsoft, AWS, or GCP
• Build and mentor a team of security consultants, developing methodologies and training programs for technical delivery

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in information security and compliance, with significant consulting experience
• 4+ years of experience managing security consultants with a proven track record
• Deep expertise in securing complex cloud environments and implementing Microsoft security solutions
• Holds relevant Microsoft security certifications (SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-500)
