Engineering Manager, Computer Vision

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, Computer Vision will drive the development and deployment of advanced computer vision and machine learning solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overseeing the entire lifecycle of perception systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of computer vision and machine learning engineers
• Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for computer vision capabilities
• Drive architecture, system design, and technical direction for scalable and reliable solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams
• 8+ years of experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or related fields
• Strong technical depth in computer vision, machine learning, and software engineering
• Experience building, deploying, and operating ML systems in production
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field required
