Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage full-stack engineering teams for feature and infrastructure development

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 2 years of engineering management experience
• Experience with card products and their development at scale
• Strong understanding of high-quality code and effective software engineering processes
• Experience in creating and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale
