Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Content Creation to lead their Content Generation Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of 5-6 developers, including defining hiring plans and mentoring engineers
• Lead efforts in AI content generation and machine learning engineering, focusing on improving architectural problems and codebase maturity
• Provide technical leadership on system architecture and roadmap execution, ensuring effective task distribution and delivery across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Multiple years of experience with complex projects, preferably involving JavaScript-powered web applications
• Strong experience with technologies like Node.js, React, and MongoDB
• Experience managing teams of 4+ engineers, including senior and principal-level staff
• Technical expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
