Engineering Manager, CRM Systems

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of Salesforce administrators and developers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, CRM Systems will manage the strategy and delivery of Salesforce solutions that enhance customer experiences and support critical workflows across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a team focused on Salesforce systems and AI adoption
• Partner with Product to define the technical strategy and roadmap for CRM systems
• Deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and support customer lifecycle processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in the Salesforce domain
• Hands-on software engineering experience with a strong understanding of software architecture and CI/CD
• Experience with Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apex
• Proven ability to establish effective engineering practices for development and operational support
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
