Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Customer Communication Management (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction while contributing code across .NET services, APIs, and orchestration workflows
- Drive cloud-native designs, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Coach and develop engineers while managing integrations with ESPs/SMS gateways and internal systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering management experience leading software engineers
- Strong hands-on .NET development experience
- Cloud experience (AWS) designing and operating production systems
- Experience with containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a plus
