Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Customer Communication Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical direction while contributing code across .NET services, APIs, and orchestration workflows
  • Drive cloud-native designs, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Coach and develop engineers while managing integrations with ESPs/SMS gateways and internal systems
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of engineering management experience leading software engineers
  • Strong hands-on .NET development experience
  • Cloud experience (AWS) designing and operating production systems
  • Experience with containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a plus
