Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - CX/CCaaS Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of customer experience platforms
  • Collaborate with Product Management to define objectives and translate business requirements into engineering plans
  • Oversee agile delivery processes and promote engineering best practices while remaining hands-on in development


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software, infrastructure, site reliability, or platform engineering
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and experience managing high-performing remote teams
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Elixir, and experience in Linux or UNIX environments
  • Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL and version control systems like Git
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
