Job Summary
Leading a team of senior software and infrastructure engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager - CX/CCaaS will drive the development, reliability, and continuous improvement of customer experience platforms while ensuring the delivery of innovative and scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the engineering teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of the CX/CCaaS platform
- Collaborate with Product Management to align team objectives and translate business requirements into actionable engineering plans
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams through regular performance reviews and structured career growth plans
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, site reliability engineering (SRE), or platform engineering
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a track record of driving initiatives and delivering results through others
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or Elixir
- Hands-on experience working in Linux or UNIX-based environments
- Experience designing and optimizing relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
