Engineering Manager, Cybersecurity

Job Summary

Leading a team of Attack Engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager, Cybersecurity will mentor staff in vulnerability research and exploit development while managing remote operations and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse team in vulnerability research and exploit development
• Own the delivery strategy for vulnerability research and oversee the development of proof-of-concept exploits
• Maintain a comprehensive view of emerging vulnerabilities and ensure rapid response to high-priority threats

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of direct people management experience
• 5+ years leading offensive security or vulnerability research teams
• Deep expertise in vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and exploit development
• Strong background in production software engineering, ideally in Python
• Experience with reverse engineering tools like IDA or Ghidra
