Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a production environment
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend technologies
• Experience integrating embedded analytics tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau
• Strong product and user empathy to translate stakeholder needs into applications
• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
