Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team, ensuring code quality and conducting code reviews
• Own project management tasks including sprint planning and delivery predictability
• Architect and maintain the company's data infrastructure and oversee data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering, including 2+ years in people management
• Expert-level knowledge of Python and SQL, with experience in workflow orchestration tools
• Proven experience with cloud data warehouses and transformation layers
• Familiarity with major SaaS platforms and understanding of revenue metrics
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
