Engineering Manager, Data Feeds

Job Summary

Leading a critical area of the engineering organization, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, Data Feeds will oversee a team responsible for delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure for one of Chainlink's flagship products while fostering an engineering culture focused on technical excellence and operational rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team to deliver reliable infrastructure supporting the Data Feeds product
• Establish engineering ownership and enable teams to execute while maintaining high technical quality standards
• Partner with Product and technical leadership to translate strategic priorities into effective engineering roadmaps

Required qualifications

• Deep experience building and operating production blockchain infrastructure at scale
• Demonstrated technical leadership with the ability to influence architectural decisions
• Proven experience in leading engineering execution through effective planning and collaboration
• Strong understanding of blockchain or oracle infrastructure and operational best practices
• Experience coaching and developing senior engineers and technical leaders
