• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years in Information Technology with 5+ years in Data Engineering
• 3+ years of leadership experience in Data Engineering and managing high-performance teams
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a flexible environment
• Experience in customer relationship management and demand planning
