Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams building web applications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with frontend and backend technologies such as React and Python
• Experience integrating embedded analytics tools like Sigma or Tableau
• Strong product and user empathy with the ability to translate stakeholder needs
• Experience in a regulated environment, such as healthcare or finance, is a plus
