Engineering Manager, Data Platform

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the Customer Data Platform team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in building the Customer Data Platform from the ground up
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to plan and execute work effectively
• Manage performance and provide mentorship for direct reports and other engineers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Experience in building and scaling data platforms or event-driven systems
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and real-time processing
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Demonstrated excellence in recruiting and onboarding engineers
