Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of data engineers to foster career development and technical excellence
• Design and develop resilient data pipelines and systems for company-wide expansion
• Advocate for data quality by implementing necessary system controls and SLAs for production processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on management experience and 5+ years of relevant data engineering expertise
• Familiarity with modern technologies such as Snowflake, Airflow, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Advanced proficiency in Python or Java and expert-level SQL skills
• Experience designing data warehouses and workflow systems, including owning SLAs
• Experience with Spark, Scala, or Protocol Buffers is a plus
